Come and spend a day in nature with the Melanin Moods. This one-day retreat will allow you to reconnect with nature, in picturesque surroundings, learn some valuable tools and techniques for managing your mental health and well-being, as well as enabling you to connect with other like minded individuals. This event is open to absolutely EVERYONE, male, female, black or white… but the focus will be on melanin mental health.
We will be incorporating psycho educational workshops, mindfulness walks, as well as mindful painting, and finishing off with a panel discussion with experts from mental health and well-being fields.
Food and refreshments will be provided throughout the day. So come and join us and get “Black To Nature”…
